πJournal writingπ
On monday, my class, room 17&18 started writing in our journals. Our spare book was used as a journal, but before we could start writing Mrs Maguire and Miss Jackson talked to us about how they are not diarys, and both boys and girls write in them. We also talked about the diffrent types of Journals, such as the secretive diarys, and the Journals that people simply use to write their thoughts and feelings about the recent happenings. After everyone understood the full definition of a Journal, we finally got to write! We had learnt that we were only writing for ourselves, and no one else had permission to read your Journal unless you said so. And only then you could read it out to them, not them reading in their heads. It is a must do, and you need to do it at least once a day. But when we got our new books, hang on, let me repeat that- NEW BOOKS!
Rules for new books:
1. Only neat writing
2. NO FOLDING PAGES
3. Only small drawings
4. No bending book cover
I think you get the message. I hope. Because every book I have had before somehow breaks one or two of those rules. I hope my Journal does not lose its new look soon. I write in my Journal things that happened in the day, and what my thoughts and feelings about them were.
