What Is Winter Sport?
Winter sport is a selection of sports that train at school. When the day comes, the teams pack their bags and play against other schools. Each teacher in Tuakana coaches a sport. After playing against the other schools, winter sport is finished. All of the training goes to one day, unlike club and in - school netball, which have schedules similar to:
Wednesday: Training, Saturday: Playing against _________.
It just repeats.
What Winter Sports Are There To Choose From?
Winter sport was optional. You didn't have to do it if you didn't want to. But there were a range of different sports, so I think everyone could've done a sport. Here they are:
- Football / Soccer
- Rugby
- Hockey
- Netball
- Kiwi Sport
What Winter Sport Did I Do?
Writing it down immediately would be boring. Here is a QUIZ to see if you can guess what sport I am doing - (And if you already know, then, um.....) - here:
- You can't snatch the ball of someone
- You are only allowed on certain places in the court
- Every player has someone on the opposing team to defend

A mixture of games / activities, which is good for people who don't directly play any of the winter sports.
